RES4Africa celebrates junior technician appointment from Nkangala TVET College in Reskilling Lab Programme

  • RES4Africa has celebrated a milestone in its Reskilling Lab Programme with the appointment of Raulin Mlangeni, a student from Nkangala TVET College, as a Junior Technician at Enel Green Power South Africa.
  •  The achievement highlights the program’s success in providing hands-on experience in the renewable energy sector.

Earlier this year, ten young women from Nkangala TVET College completed a six-month internship at Enel Green Power solar plants, organized by RES4Africa and supported by EGP and EWSETA. Raulin’s appointment underscores the impact of practical training in bridging education and employment, reinforcing RES4Africa’s commitment to empowering future energy professionals.
