On September 5, 2024, as the world celebrated International Day of Charity, Solis embarked on a journey through challenging terrains to reach a primary school in Da Nang, Quang Nam Province, Vietnam. This initiative underscores Solis’s commitment to leveraging its capabilities in the photovoltaic industry for public welfare.

Named “Grow the Sun, Pass Love Hand in Hand,” Solis launched a charity PV project aimed at bringing light and hope to children in remote mountainous areas. The chosen school, nestled amidst steep roads and mountains, faces critical challenges such as lack of electricity and clean drinking water, severely impacting the students’ education and daily life.

To address these issues, Solis donated the S6-EH1P(3-6)K-L-PRO energy storage inverter. This PV power station boasts a total installed capacity of 12kW and an energy storage capacity of 10.24kW, with an expected annual power generation of 12,000 kWh. This donation ensures stable electricity supply to the school, significantly enhancing learning conditions and exposing students to new energy technologies.

Solis has a longstanding commitment to partnering with local governments and businesses to develop PV power stations worldwide, fostering sustainable education and community development. To date, Solis has contributed over 10 million yuan towards various charitable initiatives, illuminating lives and revitalizing communities.

Through crowdfunding efforts, Solis aims to donate 1,000 rooftop PV power stations to Hope Primary School over the next three years, each averaging around 10kW, with all inverters fully funded by Solis. This initiative promises continuous support for 25 years with a single donation. For more information on Solis’s philanthropic endeavours and PV solutions, visit: https://www.solisinverters.com/global
